All equipment comes with a 12 month warranty with Factory follow- up.
Each mechanical demining machine normally comes with a 12 months spares package as well to provide normal first line replacement parts. Many components within the machines are provided by Companies that operate world-wide which ensures easy availability of parts wherever customers are operating.
Manuals and documentation are part of the purchase package and supplied free of charge. All documentation is supplied in English.
Clients are encouraged to use the client Feedback form on its support package and follow-up service as Armtrac Ltd is committed to a programme of continuous improvement as part of its ISO 9001:2008 process.
Armtrac recommends that each platform and its toolkits are maintained by an operator/mechanic. Armtrac can provide the necessary training for them.
Engine servicing intervals differ from machine to machine and vary between 250 – 1000 hours. The accompanying documentation will specify the requirements and the recommended spares allocation for maintenance.
Daily servicing should include checks on consumable items such as picks and hammers on demining toolkits such as Flail and Tillers.
Training course lengths vary dependent on the complexity of the machines/toolkits and the experience of the future operators.
Armtrac offers training free of charge at its Head Office but clients are responsible for all expenses including travel, food and accommodation.
However, Armtrac also offers training in country which can negotiated and provided as part of the equipment quotation.
